For women over 50+, sometimes we get stuck in a mindset that limits us. We are people pleasers, we compare ourselves to others, we put ourselves last. But there are ways to work on our mindset, to improve our state of mind, and to grow so that we can enjoy life to the fullest at this point in our lives. Mindset matters. It is the basis of who and what we are and where we want to go. 

But it’s not written in stone. Just like swapping out heels for sneakers when the day takes an unexpected turn, you can change it. You can grab life again and meet it with self-confidence and enthusiasm. This mindset quiz is the perfect way to learn more about yourself and what areas you might want to work on to help you feel more empowered as a woman over 50+. Let’s jump in and take the quiz!
