✨ 30-Day Dopamine Reset
Tiny Daily Shifts to Feel More Like You Again
(for women 50+ who are so over feeling “meh”)
Midlife isn’t the end of joy.
But sometimes… it can feel like it quietly slipped out the back door.
If you’ve been feeling a little flat, a little tired, a little where did my spark go? — you’re not broken.
Your brain just needs a gentle reset.
Not a life overhaul.
Not a personality transplant.
Just small, doable moments that help you feel like you again.
And if I’m being honest… this isn’t something I’m sharing from a mountaintop.
Lately, I’ve been walking through my own version of “just get through the day.”
Between surgery, radiation, and all the unexpected plot twists that come with a breast cancer diagnosis, there have been moments where joy felt… distant. Not gone—but quieter. Harder to reach.
And what I’ve found is this:
It doesn’t come back in big, dramatic ways.
It comes back in tiny moments.
A deep breath.
A song.
A flicker of light hitting the kitchen counter just right.
That’s what this is.
Let’s rebuild that spark—together.

🌿 How to Use This
Do one per day (or repeat your favorites)
No pressure to “feel amazing.”
We are retraining your brain—not forcing results
🌸 THE 30 DAYS
Week 1: Wake Up Your Senses
- Step outside for 5 minutes and just look at the light
- Play a song you loved in your 20s or 30s
- Drink your coffee or tea with zero distractions
- Touch something natural (plants, soil, wood, your dog 🐶)
- Open a window and take 5 slow breaths
- Notice 3 things around you you’ve never paid attention to
- Sit in silence for 3 minutes (yes, really)

Week 2: Tiny Joy Sparks
- Wear something that feels a little more “you.”
- Take a photo of something beautiful (your photographer side 👀)
- Light a candle in the middle of the day
- Watch something that makes you laugh (not scroll—watch)
- Eat something slowly and actually taste it
- Revisit a favorite memory on purpose
- Text someone: “I was just thinking about you.”
Week 3: Reconnect + Reawaken
- Take a different route on your walk or drive
- Declutter one tiny space (drawer, purse, corner)
- Spend 10 minutes doing something creative (no outcome needed)
- Sit in the sun and let your shoulders drop
- Say no to something you don’t want to do
- Say yes to something small you do want
- Put your phone down for 30 minutes and just exist
Week 4: Build the Spark Back
- Make something cozy (tea, blanket, music combo)
- Write down 3 things that didn’t totally suck today
- Look at old photos and find one that makes you smile
- Move your body gently (walk, stretch, dance in the kitchen)
- Rearrange one small area of your home
- Spend time in nature—even if it’s your backyard
- Do one thing just because you feel like it
Final Days: Step Into Your Next Version
Ask yourself: “What would feel good today?” and do it
Look in the mirror and say:
“I’m still in there. And I’m not done.”
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you are
…under the stress
…under the expectations
…under the noise
Your joy didn’t disappear.
It just needs a little space to come back.
✨ And the best part?
You don’t have to wait for someday.
You can start feeling like you again—today.
